Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days after the order has been delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and uninstalled
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Complete with all accessories, manuals, and parts

Items that have been installed, used, damaged, modified, or missing original packaging may not be accepted for return.

Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or special-order items
  • Items that have been installed or used
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Products damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse

Do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our mistake.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returned items lost during shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Photos or videos of the issue
  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label

We will review the issue and offer a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
